- 14 days Refund Statement: If there is a quality problem within 14 days from the delivery date, and the quality problem cannot be solved under the guidance of an AOVO engineer, the company will provide a full refund.
- If there is a quality problem within two months of use, more than one month, and the quality problem cannot be solved under the guidance of an AOVO engineer, the company will provide a 2/3 refund.
- If there is a quality problem within three months of use, more than two months, and the quality problem cannot be solved under the guidance of an AOVO engineer, the company will provide a 1/3 refund.
- If there is a quality problem exceeding three months of use, the company only accepts repairs and does not support refunds.
